Law Offices and Notaries (hereinafter, the “Firm”, “we”, “our” or “us”) highly values the privacy of those using the Firm’s website at www.drukerlaw.co.il (hereinafter, the “Website”). This Privacy Policy outlines the manner in which we collect information, the types of information collected, the way we use this information and the manner in which you are entitled to view, update or request the deletion of the information. 

1.2 The information collected (as the term is defined in section 2 below) will be kept in the firm’s database and will be used in accordance with the provisions of this privacy policy and any applicable law.

1.3 You are not legally obligated to provide the personal information detailed in this document. By continuing to browse this Website, you are expressing your consent to this policy and to the collection of the personal information you choose to provide according to this privacy policy, as detailed in this document.

In this document reference to the male gender includes the female gender and vice versa and should be seen as addressing both men and women.

2.Collected Information

2.1 When using the Website and for us to be able to respond to any request or query you may send us via the Website, including signing-up to receive newsletters, updates, and any other request, we may ask you to provide personal information details such as: name, email address, telephone number, current position, and the name of the organization in which you are employed. If you wish to apply for a position in the Firm, we may also ask you for information about your place of employment, resume, references and the like.

2.2 The information as set forth in section 2.1 above includes, amongst others, any information through which, you may reasonably be identified and/or information under the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981 (hereinafter, the “Privacy Law”).

2.3 Furthermore, the Website may use ‘cookies’ for its proper operation (see further details in section 5 below), which may collect additional information, such as website entry and exit times, source website and the like. 

(The information detailed in sections 2.1 through and including 2.3 above is referred to hereinafter as the “Collected Information”). 

2.4 Some of the Collected Information is not kept in full detail and is used for statistical purposes and/or accumulated, including for the purpose of offering services which may be of interest to you, the pages you visited, the internet address from which you browsed etc.

3.Database, Purposes of Collection and Use of Collected Information

3.1 Your use of the Website and/or services offered by the Firm constitute your consent to the privacy policy outlined in this document.

3.2 We use the Collected Information for the following purposes:

3.2.2 To contact you when we believe it is necessary for the provision of the services or the fulfillment of any legal obligation.

3.2.7 To provide support and to address any request or complaint.

3.2.8 To fulfill requirement under law and to assist any applicable authority or third party, when we believe in good faith that we are obligated to do so.

3.2.9 Without derogating from the above, we will be entitled to make use of the information which does not identify you for other legitimate purposes, such as: the improvement of our services and applications offered through the Website; tailoring content, services, and ads; statistical research regarding the use of the Website and the services and content offered through it.

4.Transfer of Collected Information to Third Parties

We may transfer to third parties the Collected Information as follows: 

4.1 To consultants, contractors or service providers on our behalf, for the proper provision of the services given to us in connection with the Website or in connection with you contacting us via the Website (e.g., contact information you deliver via the Website may be kept by the entity operating the Website for the Firm; provision and/or sharing anonymized, aggregated or statistical information with affiliate companies, suppliers, business partners, advertisers or other third parties, in the case of a job candidate we may transfer the contact details of the user to the HR consulting firm on our behalf).

4.2 If we will operate through a different entity – including by way of a merger –provided that the entity receiving the information will take upon itself the provisions of this privacy policy.

4.3 If we receive a threat to take legal action against us on the basis of actions performed by you and within the framework of any dispute, claim, suit, demand, or legal proceedings, if any, between you and us.

4.4 If we will be required to do so by a court order, a request of an applicable authority or in accordance with applicable law.

4.5 If we suspect that an action and/or omission by you or on your behalf harmed or will harm the Firm and/or anyone acting on its behalf and/or third parties and/or the Website.

5.Cookies

The Website may use Cookies for the proper operation of the Website, including the collection of statistical data pertaining to the use of the Website, for verification and for data security. We may also use Cookies of other parties, including Google Analytics and other social media networks which intend to display ads relating to products and services based on your activities on the Internet and other sites and services which you have visited, etc.

7.The Right to Review Information

According to the Privacy Law any person is entitled to review, whether by himself or by a representative authorized in writing to do so, or a legal guardian, any information about him which is stored in a database. Any person who finds any information about him that is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear, or not up to date, may request the owner of the database to correct the information or to erase it. If the owner of the database declines, he must notify the applicant in the manner set out under the applicable regulations. The applicant is entitled to appeal any rejection on account of an owner of a database to amend or delete data stored in a database, in accordance with applicable regulations.

8.Changes in the Privacy Policy

We may update the terms of this privacy policy from time to time. We will present the updated privacy policy on this Website. We recommend reviewing and reading the privacy policy from time to time. If significant changes will be made to this privacy policy, these will come into force within ten (10) days from a notification on the Website of the amended policy. All other changes and non-significant changes which must come into immediate effect under applicable law, will come into force immediately with the publication of the updated policy on the Website. Your continued use of the Website after the update of this policy constitutes your consent to be bound by the changes.
