We advise on the comprehensive umbrella of real estate and real property taxation, identifying, and implementing optimal tax alternatives. We represent clients before the Real Estate Tax Department, including in obtaining tax pre-rulings, preparing, and filing reports and tax assessments, through the various stages of tax assessment proceedings and appeals, voluntary disclosure arrangements, professional opinions, and representation before all judicial instances and quasi-judicial instances, including the Supreme Court.
