In addition to our expertise in real estate taxation, we also advise and represent clients in a diverse range of real estate transactions, e.g., sale and purchase of real estate, and urban renewal transactions in which we represent both, the rights’ owners, and the project initiators.

In this field we handle, amongst others, the following:

• Preparing the contractual framework for the real estate project.
• Preparing and negotiating the financing for the project.
• Preparing and filing reports with the Land Taxation Office.
• Recording the conveyancing of rights with the Land Registry and Settlement of Rights Office, as well as with the Land Registration Inspectors in relation to the recording of rights in condominiums.
