Yaniv Corchia

Yaniv is an associate in the firm’s income tax, real estate taxation and real estate practices. 

Yaniv advises and represents the firm’s clients in their dealings and proceedings vis-à-vis the various governmental and municipal authorities, in their mandatory filings, and appeals, including, before the various court instances.

Yaniv represents and advises his clients in a diverse range of real estate transactions including urban renewal, first- and second-hand real estate property sale and purchase transactions, grant and conveyancing of real property rights, division and parcellation processes, grant and recording of easements and other real property rights, from the early negotiations stage through to the conclusion of the transaction and recording of rights with the Land Registration Office. 

Yaniv is an expert in representing his vis-à-vis the Land Registration Office, Israel Land Authority, Land Supervisor of Condominiums, tax authorities and other similar bodies.
